Quality management
system ISO 9001-2000 was necessary for the company not only because of the
requirements related to public procurement but also because of the increased
production volume we wanted to manage the process in the company during all
stages: offers, design, warehouse, supply, production, assembly, claims and
warranty service. After successful work with a consulting company in 2006 we
had a successful audit which gave us the certificate but the work under the
system was just beginning.
